In our system you can easily create a course or a lesson on our work boards, as an educator, a private person, or as a company. Share, sell or buy.

We are heading for a growing library on our platform for educators to develop their own interactive lessons, to support curious learners around the globe.

Track the progress

Step 1: Go to “Log in” and klick “New User”.

We will ask you for litter of your information and then you will have a username and password to manage all your activity and lessons.

Step 2: Open up the first work board and fill out all the necessary information about your lesson or course. Customize this work board. If you use video, note that the videos here are not filtered, so make sure that you review the contents of any video you’re not already familiar with.

Step 3: Customize this first work board using the different tools, that will be added as widgets on the work board, drag and drop, text, pictures, videos, quiz, poll, SlideShare or pdf. You will also be able to add your own podcast along with social media flow.

Step 4: Decide if you like to share your lesson/course for free or sell it through PayPal.

You can also decide to gamify the content or use it with a path to follow the progress of your users in you choose this option. See the following instruction for PayPal (Here) (will put in a link here)

Step 5: Make your lesson/course public.

As learners submit work on your lesson/course page, you will be able to monitor their progress and view their answers.

You can manage the lessons/courses you have created, return to editing your draft, or access learners work at any time. Learn more about the work boards in (Tutorials) (will put in a link here)

Your learners are supported by a second work board, where they can present their answers, collaborate or present their input and big ideas by using the toolbox, adding widgets.

Here they can discuss and celebrate creatives ideas, collaborate and develop skills and knowledge.

Every time your course is bought, your money will be transferred into your PayPal account.

Crating a work board for selling

When creating a work board, you, as the user of the service, including anyone who uses your account with your permission, comply with the following: …
  • That you allow YourAcademy GmbH to accept payments on your behalf, through the payment methods make available for users to purchase access to your dashboard.
  • That the payouts requested by you must be submitted through using the “Request Payment” button found under “Payment Settings” for a dashboard.
  • That if you desire a different PayPal address in a payout process, other than the email associated with your login, you must ensure that the field containing this information is correctly edited in your Payment Settings.
  • That the pricing you choose will add an additional VAT to every transaction of every purchase of your work board, and that this VAT is not included in the share that you keep.

Click on “buy” & follow the instructions. We use payment through PayPal.

Browse our list to find something that you’d like to learn about. We have courses in a diverse range of subjects and are always adding more. Courses vary in length.

Free

Access to the course for its duration. Collaborate and enjoy.

Replies

Once you start commenting, you will probably get replies from other learners. You will also get email notifications, so that you never miss a reply.

Paid courses/lessons

Access to the course/lesson for as long as it exists on Knowledge4you. Access to course or lesson tests if there are any A printed & digital Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation when offered.

Quizzes & Polls

Many activities will include a quiz or a poll. Take a moment to pause & check how well you have understood the key points from the previous video or article before moving on. The quizzes can be scored or not.

Start the course

Once the course has been bought, you will be taken to the course ‘To do’ list, which will show you what to do next.

Tests

If the creator/educator of a work board have added tests, you will be able to take them. Tests work in much the same way as quizzes or polls. Tests can be scored or not as well. These count towards your overall mark and are designed to test your knowledge.

Videos, audio & articles

You can learn by watching videos, listening to audio & reading articles. Many of these steps are followed by short quizzes to help you check that you have understood.

Assignments

The creator/educator has the possibility to choose the opportunity to do assignments and allow feedback from other learners on the course. Each assignment will come with clear instructions about how to write or create your assignment, as well as give constructive feedback to others. It is a great opportunity to put what you have learn into practice & get tips on how to improve.

Comments

Every article, video or piece of audio has a space to allow learners to comment & ask questions. This appears below the step content. You can discuss topics with each other, & educators will offer guidance & answer questions. You will be able to send mail to the owner of the course/lesson & then get in contact & start your chat on each work board.

Completing the course

When you have finished your course, if the course/lessons contain a digital certificate, you will receive a digital certificate.

Mark as complete

There is a box at the end of each step that allows you to mark it as complete.

Chat

If you have decided to connect or are in a group, you will be able to chat on each work board.
